Proteintech研发的免疫染色封闭剂是用于封闭组织细胞的专用试剂，能有效降低非特异着色。

4℃保存，一年有效。
使用方法
将固定完成后的细胞样品或者冰冻组织切片用1×PBS（货号：PR20023）洗涤1-2次，吸掉洗涤液将免疫染色封闭液完全覆盖样品进行封闭。常温下封闭1小时即可，如需长时间封闭，可置于4℃封闭过夜。封闭时可置于摇床缓慢摇动效果最佳，静置封闭效果稍次，但也可满足常规实验要求。封闭完成后即可进行孵育一抗等后续实验操作。
