    WB analysis of human colon using 60351-1-Ig

    Untreated and PNGase F-treated lysates of human colon tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 60351-1-Ig (Cadherin-17 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. PNGase F was obtained from Atagenix (cat.NO. ata808).
