It plays a role in a variety of different signaling pathways including cytoskeleton regulation, cell migration, proliferation or cell survival. The antibody can recognize PAK4/6/7. PAK4/6/7 belongs to the protein kinase superfamily, STE Ser/Thr protein kinase family and STE20 subfamily. It acts on a variety of targets.
