流式抗体

流式细胞实验技术作为当代最先进的细胞定量分析技术之一,具有广泛的应用,如分析细胞表面和细胞内标记,细胞活力,细胞凋亡,细胞周期,细胞表型及细胞分选等。

大多数流式细胞术实验都会使用到结合了荧光染料的抗体。Proteintech在既有抗体产品基础上行新增近400余种来源于经典克隆的高品质流式抗体,且与多种染料结合,可灵活搭配使用,同时,Proteintech还提供未偶联荧光染料的流式抗体,方便客户根据实验选择最合适的染料进行偶联应用。

胞内流式抗体

不同于传统流式细胞术用于细胞表面标记物染色,胞内流式细胞术可为我们提供一个强大工具来分析胞内靶蛋白,如磷酸化信号转导因子、转录因子和细胞因子等。

抗体通过固定和渗透,能够穿透细胞和核膜,对胞内靶蛋白进行染色。Proteintech提供一系列用于胞内流式细胞术的抗体。
