背景介绍
Cyclin dependent kinase like 5 (CDKL5) may regulate ciliogenesis and neuronal morphogenesis. It has been reported that CDKL5 is associated with epileptic seizures, severe intellectual disability, and autistic features. The CDKL5 protein is a kinase that regulates key phosphorylation events vital to the development of the complex neuronal network of the brain.
