HumanKine®重组蛋白是在HEK293细胞中产生的,无动物成分

细菌表达的蛋白质不具有翻译后修饰,例如磷酸化或糖基化。就活性而言,许多蛋白质需要糖基化和加工,这只能在真核系统中实现;特别是人源细胞表达系统,可以获得真正的人类蛋白质。
