CoraLite® Plus光谱
CoraLite®和CoraLite® Plus染料是来自Proteintech的明亮荧光染料,具有很高的光稳定性和极小的荧光渗透。这些染料在光谱上与Alexa Fluor®染料相似,但更稳定更明亮。
CoraLite® Plus染料采用超亲水dPEG®技术,具有更高的生物相容性和水溶性,同时也极大提升了荧光亮度及光稳定性。使用CoraLite® Plus染料偶联的抗体可获得更大的信噪比及更少的非特异性结合,非常适合低丰度靶点蛋白的检测分析实验
