    Mouse splenocytes (1 x 10^cells/mL) were cultured for 4 days in RPMI supplemented with 10% fetal calf serum, 100 ng/mL of recombinant mouse IFN-γ and 1 μg/mL of LPS. The mean IL-10 concentration was determined to be 7.59 pg/mL in unstimulated spleen cell culture supernatant, 2,461.0 pg/mL in IFN-γ and LPS stimulated spleen cell culture supernatant. Mouse splenocytes (1 x 10^cells/mL) were cultured for 3 days in RPMI supplemented with 10% fetal calf serum,1 μg/mL of LPS. The mean IL-10 concentration was determined to be 11.30 pg/mL in unstimulated spleen cell culture supernatant, 143.99 pg/mL in LPS stimulated spleen cell culture supernatant.
