背景介绍
ADCY9, also named as KIAA0520, belongs to the adenylyl cyclase class-4/guanylyl cyclase family. ADCY9 may play a fundamental role in situations where fine interplay between intracellular calcium and cAMP determines the cellular function. It may be a physiologically relevant docking site for calcineurin. ADCY9 catalyze the reaction: ATP = 3',5'-cyclic AMP + diphosphate. This antibody is specific to ADCY9.
