Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 66711-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

B3GAT1 is associated with glycosaminoglycan biosynthesis. It plays a key role in neurodevelopment. The calculated molecular weight of B3GAT1 is 38 kDa and 66711-1-Ig antibody detectes 100 kDa form in SDS-PAGE which might as a result of homodimer or glycosylation.
