背景介绍
CAPS2 protein contains 2 EF-hand Ca(2+)-binding motifs. Northern blot analysis detected expression of CAPS2 in all tissues tested except prostate, spleen, and small intestine. Highest expression was found in colon, testis, lung, placenta, and brain.
