    1x10^6 Balb/c mouse peritoneal macrophages were surface stained with 0.5 ug Anti-Mouse CD115 (c-fms) (AFS98) (65095-1-Ig, Clone: AFS98) or 0.5 ug Rat IgG2a Isotype Control (2A3) (65209-1-Ig, Clone: 2A3) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1). Cells were not fixed.
