    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 66976-1-Ig (RBM9 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control. 背景介绍

RBM9, also named as RBFOX2 and FOX2, is a RNA-binding protein that regulates alternative splicing events by binding to 5'-UGCAUGU-3' elements. There are several isoforms of RBM9 produced by variable use of multiple alternatively spliced internal exons and alternative splice sites. RBM9 may play an important role in tissue specific alternative splicing regulation.(PMID: 19688295, 21623373, 16537540)
