体内活性

MOR202 (12 mg/kg; murine MM models) dose-dependently reduced osteolysis by up to 55%. Coadministration with 0.6 mg/kg BOR or 50 mg/kg LEN completely eliminated osteolysis at a low dose of 3 mg/kg.[1]

体外活性

MOR202-mediated toxic effects on multiple myeloma (MM) cell lines can be enhanced by the proteasome inhibitor bortezomib (BOR) and the immunomodulator lenalidomide (LEN).[1]
