体内活性

G418浓度为1-300 microgram/ml时,抑制多种原核和真核生物。一般作用于细菌和藻类的浓度为5 mg/L或更低浓度,用于筛选哺乳动物细胞浓度为400 mg/L,维持哺乳动物细胞的浓度为200 mg/L。

体外活性

40到80 mg/kg剂量的G418连续处理三天足以消除感染小鼠的所有未转染布氏黄杆菌寄生虫.
