背景介绍

HMGXB4 also termed as HMG box containing protein 4 or HMG2L1 is a 601 amino acid protein, which contains one HMG box DNA-binding domain. HMGXB4 negatively regulates Wnt/beta-catenin signaling during development. HMG-2L1 is expressed in the nucleus and may play a role in transcriptional regulation.
