产品介绍

初始T细胞之前没有遇到过抗原，而记忆型T细胞遇到过，因此能对随后遇到的抗原更快作出反应。

该试剂盒用于将T淋巴细胞（CD3+）分离为辅助型T淋巴细胞（CD4+）、细胞毒性T淋巴细胞（CD8+）、初始T淋巴细胞（CD45RA+）和记忆T淋巴细胞（CD45RO+）。PE通道被预留。
