产品介绍
每升本产品（10X）成份为1.54M NaCl,10.58mM KH2PO4，55.84mM Na2HPO4 的水溶液，无菌，室温下1X工作液pH稳定在7.2-7.4，可广泛用于各种生化实验，不得用于临床使用。自2021年11月10日起，本产品升级为无菌形式。

保存条件
室温保存，有效期两年。
使用方法
本产品为 10X 的浓缩液，使用时用无菌蒸馏水或无菌纯水稀释至工作浓度即可。
注意
1. 本产品不含防腐剂，使用过程中注意避免溶液被微生物污染，用后立即盖好瓶盖。如存放过程中出现浑浊不溶成分请勿使用。
2. 本产品含有较高浓度磷酸，使用过程中应避免二价或三价金属离子，否则会形成磷酸盐沉淀。
3. 本产品含有较高浓度钾离子，直接与 SDS 反应会形成沉淀，故在需要添加 SDS 的实验中应先将本产品稀释成工作液方能使用。
