RGAR004). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 81184-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

The membrane was stripped and re-blotted with GAPDH antibody as the loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 81184-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

RGAR005). Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9, blue) was parallel stained as control. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 81184-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

    1x10^6 Calyculin A treated HEK-293 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.06 ug Phospho-S6 Ribosomal protein (Ser240/244) Recombinant antibody (81184-1-RR, Clone:5J13) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.06 ug Control Antibody (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with 90% MeOH. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 81184-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Ribosomal protein S6 (RPS6), also named Phosphoprotein NP33, may play an important role in controlling cell growth and proliferation through the selective translation of particular classes of mRNA. Ribosomal protein S6 is the major substrate of protein kinases in eukaryote ribosomes. The phosphorylation is stimulated by growth factors, tumor promoting agents, and mitogens and is dephosphorylated at growth arrest.
