ELISA experiment of Recombinant protein using 29264-1-AP (same clone as 29264-1-PBS)

SARS-CoV-2 Envelope protein Antibody (29264-1-AP) tested by ELISA. SARS-COV-2 NSP12 protein was coated onto microtiter plates at 1 µg/well and then incubated with a dilution series of SARS-COV-2 NSP12 protein Antibody (29264-1-AP). Bound antibodies were detected with HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit IgG followed by incubation with HRP Substrate and then measuring the resulting absorbance at 450 nm. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 29264-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
