WB analysis using 83111-4-RR (same clone as 83111-4-PBS)
Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83111-4-RR (ZO-2 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83111-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
IF Staining of MCF-7 using 83111-4-RR (same clone as 83111-4-PBS)
Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed MCF-7 cells using ZO-2 antibody (83111-4-RR, Clone: 230474H8 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83111-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
Affinity experiments of 83111-4-RR
Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83111-4-RR against Human ZO-2 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.776 nM.
