    1x10^6 untreated or LPS-treated human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human Coagulation Factor III/Tissue Factor Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98104-1-RR, Clone:240784E2) and PE-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG. Cells were co-stained with APC Anti-Human CD14. Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98104-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Normal blood coagulation is a complex process, involving a cascade of activation of different plasma proteins, ultimately resulting in the formation of a clot, called fibrin. Tissue Factor (TF), also named CD142, coagulation factor III or F3, is the primary initiator of the blood coagulation cascade and plays an essential role in hemostasis (PMID: 26877187; PMID: 33796108).
