Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84129-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

RAB9A has been localized to components of the endocytic/exocytic pathway and has been implicated in recycling of membrane receptors, such as mannose 6-phosphate receptor, from early endosomes to the trans Golgi network.
