Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68637-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

They concluded that these 3 proteins are central components of a DNA damage-responsive protein complex in human cells.It has 3 isoforms produced by alternative splicing.
