    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67635-1-Ig (SLC25A17 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated Beta Actin Monoclonal antibody (HRP-66009) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67635-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

背景介绍

SLC25A17 (solute carrier family 25 member 17), is a kind of peroxisomal transporter for multiple cofactors such as CoA, FAD, FMN and AMP. It May catalyze the transport of free CoA, FAD and NAD+ from the cytosol into the peroxisomal matrix by a counter-exchange mechanism. SLC25A17 is the only member of the mitochondrial carrier family localized to peroxisomal. (PMID: 22185573, 32266253)
