背景介绍

GIMAP7, also known as hIAN7 or IAN 7, is a transmembrane protein located in the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus. GIMAP7 can promote oxidative stress and apoptosis in ovarian granulosa cells in Polycystic ovary syndrome by inhibiting the SHH signalling pathway(PMID: 36581994). The MW of this protein is 34 kDa, and this antibody specially recognises the 34 kDa protein.
