    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67523-1-Ig (TCF12 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67523-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

    1X10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.5 ug Anti-Human TCF12 (67523-1-Ig, Clone:1B8D4) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.5 ug Mouse IgG2b Isotype Control (66360-3-Ig, Clone: K11B8C4B5) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67523-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

背景介绍

The product of TCF12 gene (TCF12, also called HTF4 or HEB) is a member of helix-loop-helix (HLH) protein family [PMID:22130667]. TCF12 is a transcriptional regulator that involved in the initiation of neuronal differentiation. It 's also known as E proteins, and activates transcription by binding to the E box (5'-CANNTG-3'), because of their direct DNA (E-box) binding ability [PMID: 19204326]. TCF12 was shown to suppress E-cadherin expression during the early stages of renal tubular epithelial cell dedifferentiation [PMID:17202424].
