    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68423-1-Ig (SSSCA1 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68423-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

背景介绍

SSSCA1, also named as Autoantigen p27, is centromere-associated protein. It may induce anti-centromere antibodies. SSSCA1 plays a role in mitosis. It's involved in Sjogren syndrome/scleroderma. The calculated MW of SSSCA1 is 21.5 kDa (native form), with modification the MW is about 23-27 kDa.
