靶点活性

PI3K:20 μM

体外活性

740 Y-P TFA (1 μg/mL) 在测试的最低浓度下促进了有丝分裂。该肽在有无血清(0.5%)的条件下均可刺激有丝分裂,前者情况下,观察到最大反应浓度为50 μg/mL。740Y-P 对有丝分裂的刺激具有高度特异性,这一点与细胞渗透性SH2结合肽的一般特性不同。[1] 当740 Y-P TFA (50 μg/mL; 48小时)加入培养基时,其对有丝分裂的特异性刺激优于EGF或FGF刺激S期进入,显示在C2细胞中S期细胞的百分比为48.3%。此外,LY294002或wortmannin有效抑制了由740Y-P TFA肽刺激的有丝分裂反应。[1] 740 Y-P TFA (30 μM; 24小时) 显著抑制了GO诱导的PC12细胞中LC3-II/LC3-I的水平。[2]
