体内活性

Progabide（剂量为50、100、200 mg/kg）通过IP给予雄性Wistar大鼠后，分别使血浆皮质酮水平增加了244%、365%和476%（t=6.44至12.55，p<0.01）。而10 mg/kg的Progabide则未能改变血浆中皮质酮的浓度（t=0.76，N.S.）。200 mg/kg Progabide引起的血浆皮质酮水平增加在给药后30分钟（t=2.625，p<0.05）、60分钟（t=13.13，p<0.001）和120分钟（t=4.07，p<0.01）明显，但在给药240分钟后回到了对照值（t=0.86，N.S.）。与相应的对照组相比，Progabide给药后60分钟达到最大的皮质酮升高[1]。
