Background | anti-HA-Tag VHH / Nanobody that is conjugated to fluorescent dye for immunofluorescence, microscopy, and immunoblotting of HA-tagged proteins. HA-Label is much smaller compared to conventional primary plus secondary IgG antibodies (IgG complex). Due to its small size, HA-Label is optimal for effective labeling with minimal epitope-label displacement for imaging applications, escpecially super-resolution microscopy. The small size further leads to superior accessibility and labelling of epitopes in crowded cellular/organelle environments. |
