New Products: Protein Ladders

Quality Prestained Protein Markers

Introducing Proteintech's new range of Prestained Protein Markers (10-180 kDa)  and Broad Range Prestained Protein Markers (3-245 kDa).The protein ladders are ready to use and available for next day delivery.

Prestained Protein Marker

Available as a free sample for a limited time

The regular range protein marker is a ready to use three-color protein standard with 10 prestained proteins covering a wide range of molecular weights from 10 to 180 kDa. The prestained protein marker is designed for monitoring protein separation during SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, verification of Western transfer efficiency on membranes, (PVDF, nylon, or nitrocellulose) and for estimating the size of proteins.

Catalog number: PL00001

Molecular weight coverage: 10-180kDa

Detection method: Colorimetric

Number of markers: 10

Image right:

Resolution of the prestained protein ladder in a 10-20% Tris-glycine gel (SDS-PAGE). The image shows the migration pattern in the gel and after transfer to a PVDF membrane.

Broad Range Prestained Protein Marker

The broad range protein marker is a ready-to-use three-color protein standard with 13 prestained proteins covering a wide range of molecular weights from 3 to 245 kDa in Tris-Glycine buffer. The broad range prestained protein marker is designed for monitoring protein separation during SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, verification of Western transfer efficiency on membranes (nitrocellulose, PVDF, or nylon) and for estimating the size of proteins.

Resolution of the prestained protein ladder in a 4-12% Bis-Tris gel (SDS-PAGE). The image shows the migration pattern in the gel and after transfer to a PVDF membrane.

Protein ladders tested with iBright

PL00001 and PL00002

4ul protein ladders were loaded in the gel with concentration 8%-18%. After Electrophoresis, the protein on the gel were transformed into the PVDF membrane. This image was taken by the iBright.

* Free sample available as 20ul Prestained Protein Marker (PL00001) only. The Broad Range Prestained Protein Marker (PL00002) is not included in the free sample campaign. A maximum of 1 free sample per customer only.
