Proteintech supports neuroscientists with BNA travel bursaries

Proteintech and the British Neuroscience Association collaborate to support early-career neuroscientists.


2nd January 2019 – Proteintech Europe has announced a partnership with the British Neuroscience Association to offer four £250 bursaries to early career neuroscientists attending the BNA 2019 Festival of Neuroscience in Dublin.

The collaboration with the British Neuroscience Association to offer the bursaries comes as part of Proteintech’s commitment to supporting early career researchers. Proteintech regularly offers travel grants to talented scientists throughout the year, including awards for the FENS forum and the Society for Neuroscience annual meeting.

The bursary is open to PhD students and post-docs based at universities or research institutions in the UK. The chosen recipients will each receive a £250 bursary towards the cost of registration, accommodation and travel to the BNA 2019 Festival of Neuroscience being held 14th- 17th April 2019 in Dublin. The entry period begins today and will close on 28th February 2019.
