  • 1X10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug Anti-human RBAP48 Monoclonal antibody (66060-1-Ig) and CoraLite®647-Conjugated AffiniPure F(ab')2 Fragment Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) (SA00014-10) at dilution 1:1000 (red), and 0.2 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
