此二抗是利用最新的聚合技术将多个过氧化物酶（HRP）分子及抗小鼠免疫球蛋白（IgG）偶联到多聚物上，形成的聚合物（二抗）具有放大信号增加敏感度、减少非特异性背景特点。与小鼠一抗进行搭配使用，结合后再与DAB反应，可得棕色显色。
适用于常规福尔马林液固定石蜡包埋切片
保存条件
本品应在2-8℃保存，并在有效期（一年）内使用，切勿冻存。
使用方法
1) 脱蜡水化：二甲苯中浸泡切片2次，每次20分钟。然后依次在100%，95%，80%和60%乙醇，每级放置5分钟。再用蒸馏水浸洗3次，每次1分钟。
2) 抗原修复：加入柠檬酸修复液（货号：PR30001）或Tris-EDTA修复液（货号：PR30002）后，将切片放置微波炉，中火修复10分钟。结束后在修复液中自然冷却40分钟。然后用去离子水冲洗3次，每次1分钟。
3) 灭活：加入3%H2O2（去离子水配制），室温孵育10 分钟以灭活内源性过氧化物酶。TBS冲洗3次，每次1分钟。
4) 封闭：用3%BSA（TBS配制）室温孵育 1小时。勿洗，用吸水纸吸去多余封闭液。
5) 一抗反应：滴加适量小鼠一抗（抗体稀释液稀释），室温孵育1~2 小时或者4度过夜孵育。TBS冲洗3次，每次1分钟。
6) 二抗反应：滴加适量即用型HRP标记抗小鼠二抗，室温孵育30 分钟，TBS冲洗3次，每次1分钟。
7) DAB显色：滴加适量DAB工作液，室温孵育5-10分钟, 或者镜下控制反应时间。去离子水冲洗3次，每次1分钟。
8）信号增强：滴加适量1%CuSO4 （去离子水配制），室温孵育5分钟，去离子水冲洗3次，每次1分钟。
此步可根据个人实验情况选做。
9) 复染：苏木素复染2-3分钟，然后TBS冲洗切片3次，每次1分钟。再在去离子水中浸泡切片5 分钟。
10) 脱水：各级酒精60%，80%，95%，100%脱水,每级5分钟。取出后置于二甲苯2次，每次5分钟。
11）封片：用封片胶封片，显微镜观察。
