    1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 5 ul PE-Cyanine7 HLA-DR Recombinant Antibody (PY7-65560, Clone: L243) or unstained. Cells were co-stained with CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human CD19 (HIB19) (CL488-65110, Clone: HIB19). Cells were not fixed.
