    1x10^6 human peripheral blood leukocytes were unstained (left, blue in histogram) or surface stained with 0.1 ug APC Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (APC-98136, Clone: 240953C9) (mid, red in histogram), or 0.1 ug APC Anti-Human CD45 (HI30) (APC-65109, Clone: HI30) (right, green in histogram). Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed.
